Hey @slvrplme, After discussing this with other staff members, these locks will not be removed because of a few reasons. The screenshot of the mail being sent needs to be a non-edited screenshot. Along with that, it needs to have a time stamp. You need to also give the user 3 days to remove their items from the town. Locked - Denied
