No they are not, but I have messaged them several times, and haven't got a reply. They haven't been on for four days.

6. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: In the way of my town. There's also more on the outside, not sure if it's allowed to get them removed also, I want to make the sides of my town natural looking and not just a straight wall. So can you tell me if that is allowed?
