    The town you are filing this LWC Removal in, florida, has a chest-access -g NON_MEMBERS: DENY flag. As the owner of the lock isn't added to the region their chest is in, plus they have not been inactive for 7+ days I'm going to be denying this request.

    Even if you could provide a valid eviction notice the lock owner needs to maintain access to the chest. Make sure to give @MrAngryOtter access to their chest and refile in 3 days.
