Felon Username: either lotto lag or fleetfooter Complaint: I sniped the lotto with 20 tickets only because it said that there was only 6300 in the pot, when i sniped it, it said that there was 0s left, like 10 seconds later fleetfooter puts in 40 tickets and it says draw in soon, but right when he puts 40 tickets in, lotto stops and he won the money, i wouldn't have sniped 20 tickets if i saw there was 40 tickets in... Evidence:http://imgur.com/rniFl Additional Information: I know there has been lotto lag before, but there was no server lag at the time, the lotto stopped as soon as fleetfooter put in his snipe which was 15 seconds after 0 seconds? I know theres no refund for lotto, but i wouldn't have put in 20 lotto tickets at 0s if i knew there was still so much time for anyone to lotto. D:
