I'm looking to buy a plot in a town. I'm not that fussed where or who owns it.

I'm willing to pay $1000 ( yes I'm poor) and I would prefer if it was next to water.

I will not be on until about 7 (Central Time), but I can sell you 10x10 - 500 || 15x15 - 750 || 20x20 - 1000. It Is by water, and the town name is BirchBay.
