I do have a space available that would bring us up to max members again. If it's just tree farm perms I can do 150k or 200k if owner perms are required. The price for all farm & star tool access is 300k. The farm is 200 x 600 and two levels. If you /warp Colebex_mk2 you can have a look.

It's actually really cheap for something that makes 60k per hour and takes months to build. In my personal opinion access to a complete set of star tools alone is worth more than 300k. I've not had one complaint about pricing from any of the current perm holders and 100% of all funds go straight back into the farms, towns & tools required to run them (ie no profit was made on perm sales) As a side note, the dirt that goes into these farms alone costs more than one set of perms.
I personally don't really need access to a full set of star tools as I have my own, this wasn't a shot at your pricing and the worth of what you are offering, I stated quite pricey just in general because of my financial state on ECC rn hence why I stated 'cheap perms' in my post.
Yeah, no worries Just wanted to be sure you knew it was good value for money. Didn't want you delaying and missing out on what is the last set of perms I am able to sell at this point. If finances are tight I do offer an interest-free payment plan @MorlindMom is the only other person I am aware of selling tree farm perms and if I remember correctly she charges 100k for one level of farm or 150k if you need eff10 access. Might be worth enquiring with her if that's closer to what you're looking to spend on perms.
