I have my town Nottingham. It is going to be an Island themed town. I would like a modern beach house to be made. Smooth Sandstone, Sand, Glass, and any other cheap blocks that you may need will be provided. This is NOT for now. I would like to have someone already chosen, come time to build my house. The plot will most likely be a 20 x 20. If you would like the honor of doing this, please post below with pictures of houses/creations you have made. Paying around 20K. Feel free to post away! Scott

Thanks for your suggestion I might come around to build you this beach house if you want, but, being preoccupied with Caprica, Gemenon, and the Titanic, I'm pretty busy with my own projects.
