Okay so I'm pretty disappointed with how many users join the server but do not stay. One thing that I see as a problem is lack of mayors selling plots to brand new players. Most older users advertise expensive, luxury plots, but new players simply can't afford to pay 5k for a 20x20. So what I need is someone who is willing to place down a town, convert it to a plot town, and let me sell plots for cheap. I don't expect to profit any out of this so I do not care if I have to give you all the profits for selling plots. I expect to be the one filing grief reports and lws. I also would want a town portal and /warp in the future. I can pay for part of it/materials but not much more. If this interests you at all, shoot me a forum pm and we can discuss details.
I am in the process of creating a plot town of my own, which is part of my server traffic increase initiative. Plots and homes will be very cheap as I am just having it to help out the server.
I have a 400x400 (1 town is mine, I'd like to keep that one). They're empty for the most part, and I'd let you use it. You can keep all profits and stuff.
I have a plot town that i started that i mostly wanted to be dictated to newer players that you can use.
i have this it has a warp+ portal and i with some help and $$$ could finish making it flat and add moreplots and sell them for cheap
