I have been working on my president town southernhill a bit. Here is a preview of the train station where the portal will be: The problem I am having right now is that I don't really know what else to do with the town. I am thinking maybe a fishing tower or tree farm or a pvp arena, but otherwise I don't have any great ideas with what to do with the town. I don't want to sell, but I have come up with two possibilities. 1. Sell a large size plot (100x100 say) for 10-15k to someone. He or she would be added as co-mayor. That person could then build whatever they wanted to and rent it or sell it out at any price. 2. Co-Mayor, you don't have to pay, you still get to build whatever you want in most of the town. The catch is that I would get a percentage (around 50, but open to negotiations) of sales/rentals as payment. In both plans, I would expect the co-mayor to help with LWC's Very soon we will have a portal.. All members/owners can use the farms in Slayhill that I am currently expanding. Finally, I am willing to do a contract to lay out exact terms. Please respond if interested. Thanks
