username: queendiva1 i'm not sure why but when i try to lock my chests it says i have exceeded my protections. when i type /climits it tells me i'm at 24/15. very confused, as i do not recall ever using /lock before. if it is possible that whatever is causing this can be fixed or reset? no sure how you guys do that. thank you.
24 is greater than 15. Therefore, somehow you exceeded the limits of your rank. /lock is the same thing as /cprivate.
The obvious answer that doesn't really help is that you have exceeded the amount of locks you can use. The real question/bug is... how so? Have you played this server before, like, a really long time ago? I believe the limit for builders was higher at some point ages ago, so if you had locks then they'd remain after the limit was lowered.
may have played here a year ago can't remember but when i logged on to start playing i had nothing(no items or armor) and $0 so i assumed i had not played here in the new Eco or been reset. i have not used /lock since i started playing a few days ago so idk y it would be upsidedown in #. can some1 please reset this so i can please lock my chests in the town i live in. thank you.
This would explain the limits. Builders used to have something like 30 locks. If you cannot clear your locks, ask a Smod + wipe your locks.

As far as I was ever aware during my time on staff, we could only remove locks manually. We couldn't globally wipe anyone's locks. That being said I believe anyone can clear their locks with /cremoveall.
