Pruneda&Co Loaning Services Hello Fellow members of EcoCityCraft, I have recently decided to start my loaning company. This loaning company is available for Residents+/Donors. Please keep in mind that I reserve the right to refuse any application for any reason. To make this a secure loaning company for both parties, all negotiations will require a forum contract. Terms of Service:-All loans will have a late payment fee of $3,500 ECD per day for the Maximum period of 4 days at which point a complaint will be submitted. -As I stated before, every loans will require a forum contract before any action is made. -You will have to pawn something for loans bigger than $30,000. (Unless you're a [$$+] -Every loan above $60,000 will be given out only to [$$$+] Members. -The smallest loan quantity is $5,000. -Please keep in mind that scamming will result in a Ban. -All loans under $30,000 will have a 7 day dead-line, Unless you ask for more time (Which will increase payback too) How the service works:The service may be a bit complicated to understand, but it's cheaper than most other services. You multiply the days by .5 and add 1 and multiply it by the starting amount. Math equation: {(D*.5)+ 1} A In which: D= Days needed // A= Amount of Loan I've created a chart in which it shows from $5,000. to $20,000 for the first 7 Days (See Image below) , However If you'd like a bigger loan or more amount of time I can simply create a new table for you.
