300k loan - 375k payback - 75k/week for 5 weeks

600k loan - 750k payback - 150k/week for 5 weeks

I prefer to keep the loan term at or around 5 weeks, but it is negotiable.​

Extension/Late Fees:

Per Extension - 25k/week - Anytime you need a loan extension, it will cost 25k per week. This is due at the time of request, and will simply push each payment back one week.

Per Day - 5k/Day that you are late
I will file a complaint after the loan payment has not been paid for 1 week (7 days). In the event this is the case, you will owe 5k/day for the 7 days you were late, on-top of the rest of the loan.
