General Purpose of Contract:

The organization of a loan of $100,000ECD from @postwarpreston to @ahme008d

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will transfer $100,000ECD to @ahme008d within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
  
• I will create a trade sign at -10222/63/13077 in / warp starcity as an alternative payback method.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @ahme008d will transfer $25,000ECD to @postwarpreston within 4 days after receiving the money.
  
• Payments of $25,000ECD to be made every Friday by 11:59pm EST for 4 weeks. Starting: 7/12/19. And ending on: 8/2/19.
• Interest payment of $20,000 (20%)ECD to be made on 8/9/19.
• $1,250 (5%) ECD of late fees will be applied for every day past the due date for the interest payment. 8/9/19.
  
• Late fees will cap after 28 days, at which point a complaint may be filed.
  
• Any early payments above required due amount ($25,000) per week, will go towards the following weeks due amount.
• If @ahme008d requires more time to make the final interest payment of $20,000ECD, please allow 24 hour notice before last due date payment (8/9/19).

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
