General Purpose of Contract:
I will give @xMysto_ a 180,000 eco dollar (ecd) loan, and @xMysto_ will pay back 250,000 ecd within 25 days.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Lurxolt agree to send 180,000 ecd to @xMysto_ within a day after the contract is approved.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@xMysto_ agrees to the following terms:
@xMysto_ will pay @Lurxolt 250,000 ecd within 25 days after having received 180,000 ecd. Payments on the loan will be done through trade sign(s) at (x:-9200 y:76 z:-9004, /warp lurxfeld, 2nd floor of the warp building) in Rising. The trade sign contains 25 stones for a price of $10000 each.
@xMysto_ agrees that if he doesnt pay the 250,000 ecd within 4 days after his last payment was due, that he will have to pay an additional 35,000 ecd as a late fee.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@xLegend_Killer Hey, I edited it. Is that how you meant I should do it? I have trouble writing it in English and didn't include it as it wasn't necessary in yesterdays contract either. It just means that the loan payback will become 285k instead of the initial 250k.
