You don`t offer much interest :/ also 85k means you either have 75k and want a portal or you have 0 ;/ i`d loan you if there was more interest involved, if I had the money, and if there was a better thing it was going towards because usually real estate is a tough market to go into unless your town is awesome with everything from donor feats to dojos
