IGN: blgordon Users Involved in this Contract: blgordon Emarye General Purpose of Contract: A 55,000 ECD loan from blgordon to Emarye with a weekly repayment amount of 9k for 9 weeks totaling 81k. Repayments will be made through trade signs at Emarye's house selling 1 dirt for 9k, 1 sign for each week. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will loan emarye 55,000 on October 25th, 2014, upon approval of this contract by staff The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I will take a loan from blgordon for $55,000 , and pay back $9,000 per week with the first payment being due on November 1st, 2014. 9 payments will be made for a total of 81k, no discounts for early pay back. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
