So what I was basically thinking about was that on the forums there could be a sort of live chat for you to get in contact with mods for whatever reason. No I know you could just Pm them or whatever. I just thought that maybe it could be added. This suggestion may sound ridiculous but I was just thinking something like this : http://www.livechatinc.com/
ecocitycraft.com/chat is a live chat. It's basically a chatroom with a bunch of staffmembers, devs and others in there. Just, be patient, people don't instantly respond, so don't leave if you don't get your answer within a minute, at least wait a couple of hours.
But if the shoutbox is busy the message disappears. Also, I said couple of hours because sometimes it does take that long. IRC chat is a chat that's instant, but may not warrant an instant response. You just need to be a little patient. Many people quit after a minute and then their answer is never actually answered. If you were to wait for a couple of hours you would have a definite response AND you would be able to converse with the person who responded in realtime, AKA, a livechat.
