WELCOME TO LILYDALE Mayor- @Samiwarbler The rolling hills and flowing river of Lilydale is nestled in snugly between the suburbs of Southcaster and Eastcaster owned by @jmichael214. The town hopes to offer a peaceful retreat just outside of the larger, bustling Lancaster. Right now this space is very bare, as this town is BRAND NEW. But more will be coming.... Plot Prices 10 x 10 = $1,000 15 x 15 = $2,000 20 x 20 = $4,000 30 x 30 = $8,000 Rules (Thanks JMichael for the reference rules ) 1. All server rules are in effect in Lilydale. This includes basic rules about language, trolling and general standards of behavior. 2. No griefing. This includes changing or destroying public or a player's buildings and roads, not replanting the farm, as well as all the other destructive behaviors already prohibited by the server. Placing LWCs or breaking or placing ANY blocks without permission outside your plot is also griefing. 4. No stealing from other town residents, regardless of whether their belongings are in locked chests. This rule will be enforced strictly, because it's just unkind. 5. Do not build anywhere outside the plot outlines, unless given permission. The stone slabs are not part of your plot, so don't build where they are, and do not remove them. If you wish to expand your plot to one besides yours, ask myself to remove them for you. 6. The public farm is just that and shared by everyone, and MUST be replanted after every harvest. Failure or "forgetting" to replant counts as griefing. 7. If you are inactive for more than 14 days without notice posted on this town thread, your plot will be cleared and resold. If you know you will be inactive for more than 14 days, you can apply to be placed on the exempt list (below) by posting a request on the thread. Whether or not to place you on the exempt list is entirely up to the mayor. 8. Maximum building height is 50. Maximum dig level is 20 blocks. No digging outside your plot. 9. Please keep your builds attractive as possible, and reference the server rules for further bans in place of building materials. 10. Secure your belongings inside your house. Learn to use LWC commands. We are not responsible for loss by theft. 11. Above all, respect is a two way street. Remember that. 12. Have fun.
Congrats on the new town, @Samiwarbler. Anyone shopping for a plot -- this town is right next to another big town that's all sold out, so you should all buy land in Lilydale! Very popular area. And I'm totally objective, too.
Joined yesterday. So far It's a great town, in a great location. Plus the town has a great community. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home.
Joined ECC today. This town has an amazing plot setup with the detailed landscape as if the plot square wasn't there. Cheap plots, nice people. Through my vast server experience, I recommend this town of the many I have traveled.
Incidentally, a lot of basic building and farming materials can be bought in the Lancaster Mall, including melon and pumpkin seeds.
Hey sorry I have not been on. My computer got a virus plus I am leaving town on Friday. Would like to be placed on inactive list if I could. Thanks.
Due to recent events. I am pondering some rule additions. I will think over it for a few days but these additions may include. 1. A dig limit beneath your plots. 2. A limit on size of farms on your plots. I know it may seem excessive, but water can cause lag and we have a public farm for use, don't forget! It may be small but it is plenty to earn you decent cash and buy perms to a much larger farm that is available from other players. Anything that is currently in place that MAY break these rules is okay to stay. Once/If they become enforced, I will deal with things on a case by case basis. Also, for quick reference I have posted the current rules in town hall. (Because some people may or may not need a refresher.)
So, I've been a little cranky with players recently, and I decided to build a little apology present in Lilydale ... and I sort of got carried away. So... behold the "Monument of Pointlessness." A little reminder that this is a game, after all. And yes, that is a trampoline.
If there was ever any doubt that Mike was a great player, mayor/president, and friend... see above. Thanks, Mike.
Well guys, do some real stuff and really just wanting some support in-game and blah blah blah who cares let's get to the news... WELCOME @LimeCini AS YOUR FRUITY CO-MAYOR. <33
I might be looking to purchase another piece of real estate in this nation/ Are all plot sizes available? If so, what are the directions to get there from lancaster square? So i can have a look round myself!
