I wish you the best of luck in finding your CEO - Since there is absolutely no way I could know my schedule for December in September I will not be applying at this time. Looking forward to the end of November and hoping maybe we could work together then.

 

Lap, I can step up and run things if need be. Once we get games installed in my casino, I can more effectively get people in the casinos.

Why do you want to become a casino CEO? be honest:
I want to help the casino grow and get more business. I would also like to start a few new projects for the casino to make it more than just the average casino. It is already very unique from others but why stop improving? I would be a friendly and helpful CEO. Back in the late winter/early spring, I was part of the Sweden Mall staff owned by oreo1227. So, I do have experience of working together as a staff team. Unfortunately, oreo got busy with some stuff and the mall closed. Ever since it closed, I always wanted to work somewhere again as I mostly just sg and mine. I think working as the CEO of your casino would make the ECC experience much more fun. Along with everything else, I would get paid well for doing things that I would enjoy doing.

Of course I will! If I didn't, then I wouldn't be applying here.
If you get stressed what do you do?:
I don't get stressed often, but when I do, I usually just try to work through whatever the stressful thing is. If I can't, I'll take a nap then when I wake up, I have much more energy to try again. When both of those fail, I'll ask for some help from another employee.
Are you a active person?:
I try to get on every day for at least an hour. I am usually most active during the week days (weird, right?). I will try to be even more active if I am selected as your new CEO.
How much do you plan to make/day?:
Well, I can probably make around 40k-70k a day depending on how long I'm on. That being said, I'll take a lower payment than your 60k/day if you feel it's necessary.

Do you have these donation features water,tps? if not do you plan on getting them in the future?: I have water and not just tp but tp++. More donation features which you may find somewhat helpful are ExtCommands+, ExtCreations+, Fly+, and Pyro+.
Will you do your best to open the casino everyday?: I will almost always do so because school starts for me at 7:10 AM CDT (8:10 AM EDT, 6:10 AM MDT, 5:10 AM MDT, 4:10 AM MST, 4:10 AM PDT, 3:10 AM AKDT, and 1:10 AM HST) I hope my time zone conversions are right So I wake up at about 6:15 AM CDT every day. I think I have the time to open the casino almost every day.
If you get stressed what do you do?: I pet my dogs, go on bike rides, eat something, or do something else for a while.
Are you a active person?: Yup I try my very hardest to be on as much as possible.
How much do you plan to make/day?: Maybe on a REALLY good day 15k. I am not in this for money I am in this for the fun of being part of something great.

@lapkingkn Just as a clarification, is this solely for the management position at Lapking's Grand or is it for ownership of the entire franchise? I'm wondering because I personally don't think it's a great idea to hire outside of the enterprise to run the entire show, it'd be better to promote someone from inside and then fill their spot. Js

 

I believe @steveshizzle has made some good points and worthy of consideration, however, it seems to be moot point since you are not actually going to make a decision until 01Dec14.
It seems the problem with waiting so long to make a major decision such as this is that your Casino will have lost all loyal customers by then and it will be hard to get them back.
In a business full of complaints, you have found the way to run a good casino business (a balance between being profitable and your customers expecting a fair amount of return) it seems to me @lapkingkn - Keep up the great work and don't let this drag on to long.

Why do you want to become a casino CEO? be honest: I think LapKing Casino is a very important and historical part of ECC. When I first got onto ECC I played there a lot and really wanted to help there. I tried to run my own casino but that didn't work out because it didn't have much of a reputation. But LapKing casino is one of the best and more well known on the server. I like helping people out and would do my best with it.
Do you have these donation features water,tps? if not do you plan on getting them in the future?: I have TP, but not Water yet. I do plan to get them in the future and maybe with the profit I could be able to make it will work.

If you get stressed what do you do?: I don't get stressed easily, but if I do, I put on some music and start singing
Are you a active person?: I am online often (3-4 hours on weekdays, 5-8 on weekends) so yes.
How much do you plan to make/day?: As much as possible. I will post ads in the Trade channel (Every 3 minuted of course) and hopefully get lots of customers to come to the casino.
