Kiu was banned due to grief that he had done before his first warning. Since then he has not griefed a single home. AaronACS has been very motivated to harras my little bro and has showed evidence of grief that was done before his first ban. Hello, Although the evidence provided is vast, there is nothing that indicates he believed the grief had been part of the original report. Further, both griefings had happened in different towns which makes them unrelated incidents of committing a crime. Moving on from there, I have to say the rule broken is griefing which is as follows: Griefing is not acceptable. That mayor has purchased the land with assurance that it will be safe and then entrusted this account to not break things. I understand it was only moderate grief and you have been off the server for two days. This is technically a second offense though, so I will be giving you an hour tempban.
