Did you confront the user about this BEFORE you made the complaint? Simply reporting against him assuming his actions were intentional even when they could be accidental seems a bit wrong, eh? I used to have a glass-based reedfam and trust me, glass gets destroyed quite frequently by accident. Perhaps you could also say that you're partial responsibile and should've seen it coming with a non-yieldable block once broken.
