ECC Sponsor (Insured) Job openings/ build competition

The Hub has proven to be a major project, and with each passing day more challenges arise. I intend to hire by contract the following;
Store Construction- need someone who is good with store design and layout to build a large shop. Chests and such can be provided.
Clearing person- looking for someone to clear several small areas. 1 60x60x12, 5-6 30x30x5 areas. Sizes might slightly change.
Town hall builder- I need a modern themed town hall built with multiple rooms and intricate designs. I’m thinking lots of quartz?
Arena builder- wanting a modern themed arena built.
Terraformer- someone who can add layers of landscaping to the currently flat town and layout plot areas.
Bank builder- looking for someone who can build a modern looking bank.
Block placer- looking for someone to place a large amount of stone bricks and glow stone. This is an ongoing spot that will last for several weeks.

Update 6/6/19

For anyone wanting to build the town hall send me photos of what you have in mind, lots of people build stuff in creative to work out the details then rebuild it. I’m thinking this will be around a 120-150k job. If no ones takes me up on this offer by 6/13 I will build it myself.

Shop is almost complete so no longer looking for a builder.
I have a reliable block placer on skyblock so that is also no longer needed.
