I'm hiring workers to clear a 200x200 area underground. Alot has been cleared already so I'd only need maybe 3-5 people. They way you'll be paid is judged by you filling up a large chest full of cobblestone and once you've done that you will receive $300. The rules are that you are to stay on the current layer and do not dig down or out of the boundary that is lined with torches. Also I keep all of the cobblestone as I need it to smelt into stone, but you get to keep everything else you find and since it's on layer 12 diamond, red stone, lapis, and gold are very plentiful.
