Hi guys, Don't know if this is the best place to post this but please move it if not! I've logged back onto the server this week and have noticed all my donation perks like flight and TP have been removed, is there any reason for this? And can they be put back? I paid a lot of IRL money for these and pretty pissed that they or removed!

I'm not currently near my Mac but when I'm next on I'll be sure to get some screenshots of my donations, what would happen if nothing's listed there, how would we able to go about proving payment? It was probably around Feb this year so I thought they were removed due to inactivity, any ideas?
Fair enough, not sure what's happened then! I'll look into it tomorrow, I have various people who can vouch for my perks including Emongolab, backtothepast, rheasmom, SnDCh4rger, iticip and a few more
There has been a handfull of users who have had features removed, and lown is not one of them. This is probably an issue with buycraft.
maybe he got denied permissions to use tp and fly?... i dont kbow anything about this technical stuff. just trying to help.
Might be a world issue? Without TP+ and Fly+ you cannot fly in the nether, correct? Also, I'd check if you're logged in on an alternate account.
Didn't articulate well, sorry. Meant that you need tp+ to teleport in the nether and fly+ to fly in the nether.
I don't believe teleport features (aside from /warp and lack of cooldown) are enabled in the nether no matte whether TP or TP+.
