    Brief Description:

The values for setting the walk-speed flag are not correct. Should be between 0.1 to 10 as stated on the wiki: "Values as low as 0.1 are possible, up to as high as 10.0." Instead only values 0.1 to 1 are working, anything above 1 has no change. I found that if you try something like walk-speed 0.5, it matches doing /speed 5 in a region with no speed flag set. So the only way to getting working values is by dividing the speed that you want by 10.

    Instructions
    :

Set the walk-speed flag in a region to 1.0. Then change it to anything from 1-10.

How many times did you recreate this?

    3-4 times

    Result:

The walk speed won't change, only values from 0.1 to 1 will have an effect on the region.

    Expected Result:

Should match the values as if you were doing the speed command.

Looks like we gave the wrong information on our wiki page.
I've now updated it; see below for revised walk-speed values:

The speed command is a completely different system.
Walk-speed flag speeds are seperate values. You'll have to fiddle with them to get what you want.
