Well im applying for mayor soon But I would like to know if I can claim some banned person's land. Tymoyer made a town called district12 but didnt do anything with it and got banned. He's been banned for 1 month and 1/2 now and I would like to know if I could take his town as my mayor town. thanks.
Unfortunately not. I think (as in this is my personal opinion) that towns without owners AND without memners for 30 days because of ban should be removed, and those that have members but a banned owner should get one of teh member promoted to co-owner. Or a map reset entirely (which wont happen unless someone blows up the servers and ALL the backups
That would be a good idea, but then comes the question of "Who gets the town?" I think rabidworms idea is the simplist and most realistic way of dealing with "dead" towns.
