Reason: I was banned because I was selling MC accounts for money. Counter-Reason: Im sorry and i didn't know that I couldn't sell minecraft accounts, I'm poor and I was trying to make money and I guess I was pretty desperate that i would sell them. Please unban me because I have put a lot of money into that server and I was trying to make money. I understand what I have done and I will never advertise or sell things like that on eco ever again. Above is the rule that was broken. Selling anything that is not server related is not acceptable, as this server is running with the purpose of allowing users to sell their goods. I was very surprised to see your advertisement in trade chat. As a President, and as a donator, you would be well aware of ECC's rules, and what is or isn't allowed when it comes to selling things for money (in game or out of it). Yes, you have donated to the server, and while we acknowledge that, and try to ensure that we are giving those who donate a fair shake when it comes to their second chances, it is no excuse to thumb your nose at the rules and expect to get away with it. I was PM'd after your ban by another user, sharing the same IP, who first called you his friend, and then claimed to be your brother. You, again, should be aware that we look at, consider, and process ban appeals as we can, and not because we are asked, or pestered, to do so. Either logging in to this other account, or asking someone else to talk to me on your behalf, is not impressive. It makes me think you care more about being unbanned so you can either continue what you were doing, or just so you can 'play', without being truly sorry at all. After discussion with some of the other mods, I'm come to the decision that you shall serve a 3 day temp ban for this, and I suggest serving it gracefully. I do not want to hear of you selling accounts on ECC ever again, and I want you to go over the rules until you know you will not break them again. Perhaps subscribing to the Wiki's Twitter account, since all rule updates will be Tweeted. Tempbanned 3 days & Locked.
