    I have a suggestion that if you are a builder you name tag over guy is white as is,
    and if you are res green and mayor dark green and pres mod and so on...

    What he means is : If you are a resident, and someone sees your name tag over your characters head, it would be green, as it is in chat.

    But this would need an special client for everyone to have, just to see a color.
