The way it works is I am willing to pay the full 85k to you to complete the 85k requirement to become mayor. When I pay you for this, you will make an application with the town coordinates and name that I provide. Once the application has gone through, you will make me owner of the town and then I shall remove you, thus the town becomes fully mine.
