Needed: Phone with Internet accses through a service provider such as Verizon or AT&T. Your Computer (with landline or wifi access). 1st person: Logs onto ecocitycraft. Votes on the computer through the wifi or landline. 2nd person: logs onto ecocitycraft. Vote through cell phone connection (therefore a different IP) so the vote goes through.
Well as we all know, mine status is like the most security anti fake voting thing out there. If you use a proxy it gets all ticked off. =/
