I only offer up to 8 apartments on top of each other in PivilleBerlin... in 23 buildings. :p

This post was really helpful but I have a question. Is it a good idea to make a town with no plots, only prebuilds?
-
In my experience, it depends. I think prebuilts are nice, but the majority of the people you will have in your town wont want to pay for prebuilts. Have some, and apartments but have plots as well.

to true, I have a vault and home in that one building.. God damn it is getting cramped

I'm going to implemet this, starting tomorrow. I like your ideas, and i think they will work well!

I didn't do much planning and now I have a town filled with unused plots. After thinking about it I want to do a town filled with pre-builds and I want it to be a high end town but I have ended up with a town filled with one high walls that I am too lazy to destroy... haha :(. I might start to do that now... but I also don't want to because I hate my towns name :(

I was wondering...I bought a crappy ruined town for 30k, with a bad name. Should I make it a farm town, and wait until I get Mayor to make my big city?
I really want to start building a high-end town, but I have no features. :p -
Jacob43365 EcoLeaderEcoLeader ⛰️⛰️⛰️ Ex-President ⚒️⚒️Since you are not original owner you wouldn't be able to apply for any features (warp ect.) for the town. That would be bad if you wanted to have it as a high end town. I would suggest using your mayor town for a big project like that. Also if you are interested in working on a high-end town feel free to click the picture in my signature and check out my project.

Surprised you came on the forums to ask this, lots of people can answer this ingame. Basically, if you want a town of your own, there are two options. One is to rank up to Mayor - which is $85,000 following Resident, which is $15,000. Alternatively, you can buy a town at a far cheaper price as a Resident, but you will be unable to place towns near it or purchase any features for it without the official owner's permission (usually, this is the person who applied for it). Up to you to choose. Good luck making a town :) -

Ah. Once you reach the $15,000 ECD mark, you can apply at www.tinyurl.com/eccresapp. :) -
