How do you make money in 1.3

Mining is as good ( if not better) than faming now

Best place to go is the mining world

There are still many ways to make money.

You can farm other item such as wheat, melons, coca bean and neather warts.

You can mine and also gather xp which can be sold.

You could sell plot in a town.

or something new like book writing.

Please note pumpkin prices dropping doesn't mean it is now impossible to make money.

 

Well you can stratch farming for right now, i would suggest mining.

 

Why do you say that? Farming is just fine. Pumpkins were nerfed, but the rest is the same.

 

im so bored i cant play ecc

 

the server is runing about 3 times slower than normal and thats affecting grow rates. so before 1.3 i could perma farm now i have to wait a good while (3-4 hours)before starting again. so instead of making 10k an hour divide that by 3 and you have $3,333 and thats why i say mining would be more profitable for now.

 

I melon farm with Eff 4 Silk 1 axe.

 

i really dont make much money, i am at the moment just playing the game.

Im looking into cocoa farming. It seems like it could be a good alternative. (I know its only .10 per cocoa)

 

And it's the only other main world semi auto crop. Nether warts can be harvested by water.
