How do You Get a User Avatar?

    I am asking everyone, how you get a User Avatar? I have try'd googleing minecraft images and copy and pasteing the URL or whatever to the "Put URL here" spot, and says "The submitted avatar is 900 pixels wide and 579 pixels high. Avatars must be at least 20 pixels wide and 20 pixels high, but no larger than 90 pixels wide and 90 pixels high". What do I do? Thanks! :)

    To auto resize, just take out the 90 and 90 parts, it will auto resize the image
