Could be an addition to hospitals I guess... I would love to be able to heal hunger in a hospital, it would get more people getting hospital.
Or a whole new class of building. A mayor could buy a cafeteria. A building that would restore the food meter for visitors. I wonder if there's a bukkit plug-in to accomplish this and how difficult it would be to implement.
The cafeteria idea is brilliant!!! I think that would be it, you buy a cafeteria and depending on how much you pay the faster your health heals. I.e. 2k for health pause in towns. (Health doesn't increase or decrease) 5k for 1 chicken leg heal/minute 7k for 2 chicken legs/minute 10k for 3 (Perhaps in addition to an initial cost) Etc. This would make towns that much more popular and I think it would be payed off fast.
