Hey all, I need some guidance: If I want a town do I need to get mayor first? Or can I just mark out a 200x200 plot with 4 signs A,B,C,D. and start building?
You would need mayor to create a protected town. The signs don't protect the land. Hope this helps! @DBriggsie
You could get mayor, in which case you would get a protected town. Alternatively, you could purchase a town from someone else who is selling at a considerably lower price, as well as maybe even already being flattened.
