I think that there should be no whitelist but when you first start you would be a guest and couldent build because of anti grief evrywhere but you make a builder app like a whitelist app. this would make more players join the game with not as much griefers as a promo. Ive seen this on othir servers :mrgreen:
Having no whitelist at all times can be chaotic and painful... :/ Too many people, too much spam, too much whining, too much begging. Usually being unable to build and having no whitelist is seen on full creative/free-build servers, at least from when I looked at servers. o.o
