Well, I bought the town, and I'm going to be flattening it. I decided to use the farm, and I have a question. How do you tell all the people to packup?
Okay, after looking into this issue I have found that HxroTV was not aware of the rules regarding how to legally seize a property and was under the impression that by owning the town he could demolish everything and anything in it. I have informed HxroTV that he is required to fix the grief and give proper warning of at least 3 days (via forum thread, forum PMs, or in game mail with screenshot evidence of the date and it being sent) before beginning demolishment of the town.
