    Minecart rails placed outside user's plot and sign placed inside of user's house.
    Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area:
    Not DoraExplorer01. (the user placed rails in a public area where only I can place blocks and placed a sign in another user's house).

    Pretty obvious - large rollercoaster built on the road outside of her plot.

    During my investigation, I found user @DoraExplorer01
    placed:

    x108 Rail
    x3 Power Rail
    x11 Redstone Torch
    x137 Glass
    x21 Stone Brick
    x6 Dirt
    x1 Sea Lantern

    outside the bounds of their plot,
    for a total of 287 blocks modified.

    Considering the size of this, I will be issuing DoraExplorer01 a ban for Major Block Grief in the Town of Bank.
