God Melon Sword Payment Plan

General Purpose of Contract:
The general purpose of this contract is to secure a payment plan on a star-tool.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @MasterNathan, agree to give @David_Torento 1xGod Melon Sword (within 24 hours of receiving downpayment) after a $220,000ECD downpayment is paid within 24 hours of contract approval and a payment plan of $1,980,000ECD that is to be paid in nine weeks. The full payment of $2,200,000ECD is due by August 7th, 2020(11:59 US EST). I will also retain ownership of the God Melon Sword until it is paid off in the nine weeks(Owner #KAVW1ERT), then the ownership will be given to @David_Torento. If I do not meet the terms of this contract, the contracted will be nullified, and I will accept the punishments deemed necessary by the ECC Staff.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@David_Torento agrees to accept the God Melon Sword on a $220,000ECD down payment (within 24 hours of contract approval) and a payment plan of $1,980,000ECD that is to be paid in nine weeks. The full payment of $2,200,000ECD is due by August 4th, 2020(11:59 US EST) at trade chests located at /warp ashbourne (Chest is located immediately at warp x:11112 y:65 z:5555). @David_Torento must make payments of $220,000 each week (Dates: DownPayment. June 12, June 19, June 26, July 3, July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31, August 7 ). If 2 payments are missed it will result in repossession until the 2 missed payments are paid. If the full payment of $2,200,000ECD is not paid by August 7, 2020(11:59 US EST), the God Melon Sword will be repossessed until payment is complete.. If the full payment is not received(including the late fee(s)) by August 21st, 2020(12:01 am US EST), it will result in a complete repossession of the God Melon Sword with no refund of previous payments. If the sword is not returned in the case of a breach of contract a complaint of scamming will be filed and @David_Torento will be given a punishment deemed necessary by ECC Staff.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I, @MasterNathan, agree.
