    Your gonna have a hard time finding someone to do this for you as towns are only worth about 35k right now.. I would suggest saving up 50k then asking for someone to give you 35k to get you to mayor in exchange for the town

    The problem with this is that the ORIGINAL mayor will always have priority over anyone he/she gives perms to. They could at any time come back in and say " I want it back, I'm the original Mayor" and there is very little you can do about it.
    At least that is how I read the rules on the wiki.
