Is there any 3 strikes and your out rule or is it just if someone Scams or doesnt pay back a loan in a timely manner then they are Banned?? I feel that there should be some sort of system set up that you dont automatically die if you mess up... people make mistakes and what this SERVER is teaching players is that if you mess up then you can no longer breath on this server.... Thats harsh. we should give players a chance to redeem themselves. I have been scammed on here but you dont see me complaining just for the simple fact that people will be banned for their mistakes even if it is their first. Not Cool!!! should fix this... otherwise you may lose other players that like this server.
Not sure or this is a joke or not... User scams strike 1... Used scams strike 2. User enjoys millions scammed with no consequences, sounds like a great plan
I suggested 3 strikes... make it 2... sometimes things come up where people cant get online and make the money to pay back their debts... A death in the family or internet down for a couple days... situations that are out of our control... and Dont be rude. if you have nothing nice to say then dont say it... NOT A JOKE.
Im a banker... and since 2 players have been banned in a matter of 2 days i am out some money... whos to say it wasnt their first time messing up... we should atleast see who ratted on em and why they were banned. but keep playing with fewer and fewer players... Ill find another server that understands people make mistakes... You dont see the real world killing people cause they cant pay back a loan... lol...
I don't understand what you mean, people who were banned for scamming are given second chances, sometimes even third or more. xD All they do is file a ban appeal to get back on the server and usually a slight punishment is given and then they are let back on to pay off their loan and play on the server again. So what you are suggesting is already done.
If there's an issue severe like that, 99% of the time the user/mod handling it help find a extension, if a serious issue

You take a loan from the bank and don't pay it back they take everything you own that equals it's value, you don't pay back here you get banned. Here you get a second chance, enjoy it
I have just seen 2 players get banned in the past couple days that ive seen play for awhile and im out alot of money since my Bank gave them loans... I know its iffy to give out loans to players but I didnt even complain to get them banned... ill just have to wait to see if they come back on or not... just seemed like it was 1 strike and your out.
They can eventually be perma-banned if they continue to do it or they admit that they will never pay anything back, or something to that effect. If you look through our ban appeal section, you can see several people get banned for not paying a loan on time, get banned, and then appeal with success! Also, every situation is different. But for the main part, we here at ECC try to be fair and give second chances.
-1 They already have 3 strikes, if you aren't able to make the set date that YOU AGREED TO BECAUSE YOU KNEW YOU COULD BE ON THEN, then I really don't see why I should be giving you extra time. (Of course I normally would as long as we talk about it) but the Scamming complaints process gives the user 24 hours to respond and if they have the money they just have to simply reply and say that then all that needs to be done is that a new time has to be arranged. Honestly I really don't like what your suggesting here.
So we have to know when your uncle will die, or someone is born or the internet goes down? We have to basicly put it on our calendar? Unreasonable.
If your bank gave them loans then you should file a complaint and when they appeal they will have to repay you.
