Gemenon is a well respected, grief free, long running ECC town, and, with it's canals and public gardens, arguably one of the most visually attractive. All residents of the town are provided with free access to it's public farms. Gemenon was the first town I ever saw when I first joined the server a while back. Anyhow, I saw the epic builds and decided to stay. It's about time I buy a home there. Any plots or houses available?

Hi there. I have been looking to buy a plot in a nice city. I would like to start by saying that these creations appear positively magnificent, which is why I would like to live in Gemenon. However, wherever I stay I need to have community farm access. I can pay up to $2,000 for a plot. I have some questions. 1.) Do you have a community farm or do you have plots available in another town of yours with farm access? 2.) How big of a plot can I obtain for $2,000 3) Do you have requirements as to the style of what is built on these plots and if so what are they? As for a farm, there is a public farm in Gemenon. The style of the house must stay the same, the only thing you can change is the interior decoration of the house you buy. ~Joli
