I'm looking to rank someone up to a mayor in exchange for the town. Paying a builder 100k (15k for resident and 85k for mayor) for their town or a resident 100k (85k for mayor and 15k for yourself) for their town. You will be rank up for free and give me the town. To do this you need to sign a contract on the forum and then apply for mayor with the money I give you and follow the contract instructions on what to file for the mayor application. I will provide @Player with the future town's coordinates and world.
