Fake. You screenshotted a picture of a spawner in the mainworld in a town you weren't added to, then tried to break it. Then you went to the mining world and found a zombie spawner with zombies to take a picture of.
Does it really take 9 minutes to take the next screenshot?

 

Its not fake, i was just at it again last night. kinda hard to share. one person can easily kill the spawning zombies.

 

You could have just gone to the location to check. It exists.

 

Not entirely true. Spawners don't exist in the mainworld in the first place.

I would say that he was in a protected town, tried to break stuff, then instantly teleported to the spawner and captured the chat log saying he didn't have perms.

But I'm afraid that isn't entirely true either. When you start breaking a block a few "flakes" will come off. But if you break a block, you get a lot of "flakes". In this case the "flakes" amounted on the ground are far more then you could get by simply tapping it (note the "flakes" on the far side of the block). You would have had to break it, then let it instantly re-appear because of no perms.

This isn't fake, I came across a spawner like this. It couldn't be destroyed, and you couldn't take damage from the zombies.

 

Spawners exist in the mainworld. They just don't spawn anything.

It's not there anymore because of the mining world reset. But I did check it out earlier and it was a working unbreakable spawner in the mining world. Basically I think it was in a cave that was close enough to a mining world warp, so it was unbreakable.

 

Spawners do exist in the main world. they just don't spawn anything. But regardless if the spawner is under the spawn area then it would be unbreakable just like any other block there
