Offering a Resident a free upgrade to the rank of Mayor. There are only a few simple requirements for this. Requirements: Town must be named Richmond You MUST abide by a contract created under the contracts section before the Mayor application is created, and the 85,000 transferred to the user. I will forum PM the user the coordinates for where I want the town once a user is chosen. Must transfer complete ownership over to me, pierceporcher15. Just put your ign in the comments to enter the competition. Winner will be drawn in two days.
I’m not a mayor, but I’m confused if you are asking a resident to give you the town in exchange for the rankup or if you just want to co-own the town with them
Then just say it’s an ad and not a competition. The prize is giving up a town- this is not a competition

To clarify... this is really not a "free mayor rank" as the title implies. Not trying to be picky, however, the requirement to give you the town means it is not free.
How am I not giving the rank of mayor for free? I am giving a user 85k for the rank of mayor. They simply get the rank. Not the town. This is all laid out in the requirements. Also, if this were to be in the classifieds and ads section, I would get shit for it being a competition and likely be moved to competitions. As far as Resident users not being active on the forums; I was extremely active when I was a resident. I’ve seen a lot of active residents on the forums. But, just to cover that, I was also putting this link in trade every five minutes. Also, I am not sure as to what ad you are referring to.

I suggest you say: Choosing a resident to rank up to mayor. I will pay for it, and want to recieve the town. Comment with your ign if you are interested.
