    Reason: perm ban

    Counter-Reason: I've been allowed to appeal my ban but in order to do this I need to be un-forum banned. Andrewkm said I need to appeal via the ban appeal section but that's impossible currently :p

    xX3PICREBELXx was told by andrewkm to place his appeal in this section, at the moment he is not appealing his actual ban just this forum ban and hence this is to be handled by a GA+ as only they can deal with forum unbans.
