Over Purchases you will need to pay an annual fee every month Depending on what building you have the bigger the fee it will be. The range of fees will be 500$ - 200$. there will be no farms. Sky scrapers will be in construction "daily" hensce the name "buisness bay" each tower will server a pourpose for each company who buys/rents them. We will also work on factories wich will be located underground. the development of this town will grow fast. With all of these prices we will be one of the only towns wich sells towers and skyscrapers whole. there will also be a mansion residence area with a party house wich can be rented for your own use in the middle, though that addition will be planned and may be not put into the town. We will have a thread in town descussions once this town is up and running. We have a STRICT no griefing rule in the town, if you are found griefing you will be kicked out of the town, building clensed of your belongings and becoming property of the towns storage, out hired guards will be authorized to use FORCE to make you leave, if you get this penelty and do not follow the court of law in the town we will complain for ban. just for 1.6 we may add in street lights for the horses, if you try to pass or break the laws of the road you will be fined for 1,000$.
