[For sale] Prebuilts in PivilleRome

While PivilleRome is still being worked on, houses in the finished part are already for sale.
These houses have been valued by multiple people, each one will be sold at an individual price. The town does not have a warp or portal yet and can only be accessed via the PivilleBerlin town portal (Towns5, Lapis, Coal floor, 4th portal from the right) but every house includes:

• An increased inactivity tolerance, you need to be inactive for 4 weeks instead of the usual 1 to be removed.
• One slot in the future horse stable of the town, additional ones will be rentable once done.
• Decorated environment
  
• Special feature: Invincibility inside the town borders! Not anymore, it seems.
