    This is why I hate writing to people... You can almost never tell the context they're trying to portray.

    Although it technically isn't cursing, it is the past tense of a curse. So yes, it is inappropriate. I'm not going to sit here and beg you to change it, do whatever you want, but I advise you to before/if a mod determines the same.
