[For Rent] REED FARMS

Hello, most of you know me as the awesome person who bought out the areas north/east of spawn. Well, I am and I have created two reed farms in the north.

Specs:
197 reeds long
29 rows of reeds

MATH: DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNN
1 row = 45 seconds
197 plants = 1 row
2 reeds = 1 plant
$0.15 = 1 reed

0.15 * 2 * 197 = $59.1 per row

3600/45 = 80 rows per hour

59.1 *80 = $4,728 PER HOUR

I lowered the average to $4,500/hour because you have to stop and type /sell hand...and some people...don't type very quickly

I am renting out these reed farms for $500 an hour. YES, I know it is pretty expensive, but LOOK at the profits per hour, $4,500 when it is done RIGHT and NONSTOP. This means you'll be making $4,000 every hour you hand harvest my reed farm!

I have one question for you: How rich do you want to get?

Rules:
You may only farm in the 29 row farm that you chose.
You may not steal dropped reeds broken by another member who has paid the rental fee.
You may not break the bottom of the reed(s).
If broken, you must replace the broken reed.
